Equitable Leadership Coaching

I've seen so much change in our industry; but I can see a need for so much more. The leaders I've met are hungry for it, and they want to be a part of it. In the tech ecosystem, the platforms and products we're creating can shape and impact the entire world, rewriting systems and changing the structures of our society. That work has to be intentionally guided towards an equitable future; without that, we can't build a future for everyone. 

My focus now is on becoming a teacher and guide who can help people to face the future fully equipped and fully prepared. I am someone who always dreamed of taking on that teaching responsibility, sharing what I've learned on my journey and helping people become who they know they want and need to be.  

I am so, so excited to announce my brand new equitable leadership coaching program. 

I have had so much interest and so many requests asking me to support leaders in developing their own equitable leadership strategies and helping them think more critically about the way that equity plays a role in their leadership style and the way that they model inclusion in their companies.

I decided to start working with my first coaching cohort, taking on leaders that I personally believe in and helping them develop the skills and tools they need to build equitable organizations.
